Hearing Aid Audiologist (Audiology)

Location: Stratford Upon-Avon, United Kingdom; clinic-based role with some evenings and weekends as required.

Salary: circa £40,000 DOE. Car allowance: £5,064 per annum, plus a monthly bonus scheme.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the established clinic, its performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive, customer-centric hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare.
• Support customers throughout their complete hearingcare journey.
• Recommend suitable solutions from the full hearing technology product portfolio.
• Build long-term customer relationships as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• BSc in Audiology or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
