What you will do

• Provide strategic medical leadership for the design and execution of oncology clinical trials.
• Serve as the primary medical monitor, overseeing patient safety, data integrity, and protocol compliance.
• Translate AI-driven insights into actionable clinical development strategies from discovery through clinical proof-of-concept.
• Lead clinical content for IND and BLA regulatory submissions and represent the company with health authorities.
• Act as the primary medical contact for investigators, steering committees, study teams, and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and cross-functional teams to develop scientifically rigorous and clinically actionable programs.

Requirements

• MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent medical qualification in oncology; board certification is preferred.
• Significant pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical development experience, including medical monitoring and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading complex, cross-disciplinary projects from early-stage development through clinical proof-of-concept.
• Deep understanding of oncology drug development and regulatory pathways, including FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP requirements.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership, engineering teams, external partners, investigators, and health authorities.
• Willingness to travel as required and work in the Cambridge office three days per week.
