Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in Serbia, the UK, or Croatia.

What you will do
- Answer technical medical information enquiries by phone, email, letter, and fax for designated products.
- Recognize, document, and report adverse events and defective product reports in line with client procedures and company SOPs.
- Translate English medical documents and responses into Spanish and perform quality checks.
- Prepare medical information correspondence using client databases and coordinate with Medical Information Support Services when needed.
- Log enquiries accurately and promptly while protecting confidential information under data privacy regulations.
- Perform quality checks on adverse events, product quality complaints, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Completed Pharmacy or other life science degree.
- C2 or mother-tongue Spanish and C2-level English are required.
- Strong translation skills and an excellent phone manner.
- Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to comply with pharmaceutical-industry legal requirements, professional guidelines, client working practices, and standard operating procedures.
