DevSecOps Engineering Manager (C++)

Location: Hybrid role based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, or Moorestown, New Jersey, with part-time remote telework from a designated hirify.global facility. The position requires a U.S. citizenship and government Secret security clearance. Relocation may be possible.

Salary: $122,900–$216,660 annual base salary, with the final range determined by work location and candidate qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary organization of more than 15 engineers across radar, advanced communications, systems, and software engineering portfolios.
• Oversee planning and execution for the Radar and Advanced Communications Integration and Support Team.
• Direct systems and software engineering for the Scalable S-Band Radar Mission Planner Module using C++.
• Guide development of radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, radar control processing, simulation, and digital-twin components.
• Develop roadmaps with internal teams and external partners while managing staffing, resources, risks, costs, schedules, and technical commitments.
• Lead technical reviews, engineering process improvements, design-tool adoption, and AI/ML capability integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, systems, radar, or signal-processing engineering.
• Formal or informal leadership experience with small, high-performing engineering teams.
• Technical or functional leadership across organizational or location boundaries, including remote or multi-site teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government Secret security clearance are required.
• Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis, and signal processing.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, designs, and radar-modeling tools.
• Radar development experience covering algorithms, software, data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
