Salary: $100,000–$235,000 base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision for RIA custody, SMA/UMA managed accounts, and alternative assets custody platforms.
• Develop commercialization, pricing, lending, partnership, and monetization strategies to increase platform adoption and revenue.
• Own executive relationships with SMA managers, TAMPs, alternative asset managers, and RIA firms.
• Oversee manager onboarding, complex RIA transitions, alternative asset fund structures, model delivery, and go-live execution.
• Govern the product roadmap, including fee structures, tax management, third-party integrations, automated subscription processing, AML/KYC workflows, capital call tracking, and consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, technology, operations, trading, client service, legal, compliance, and risk teams while monitoring platform KPIs and resolving escalated issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RIA custody, asset management, or wealth technology.
• Direct expertise in SMAs, UMAs, model delivery, or alternative asset custody covering private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or real estate.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a matrixed financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of custody, managed accounts, and alternative investment economics, with experience driving monetization and growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging executives, advisors, clients, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
