Director of Product Management, Growth (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, United States

Estimated annual salary: $238,000–$270,000 USD, plus equity and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute a product-led growth roadmap using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, user research, and marketing.
• Drive client acquisition, signup conversion, product adoption, activation, referrals, and share of wallet.
• Develop experimentation strategies that improve client outcomes and business impact.
• Align executives and stakeholders around product priorities and trade-off decisions.
• Partner with marketing across referral, organic, paid, and lifecycle channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in a product-led growth role.
• Strong strategic thinking grounded in business and client needs.
• Action-oriented execution mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive alignment amid changing product and company priorities.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving.
