Regional Manager, Project Controls (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $225,000–$250,000 per year, plus Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects, aligning execution with program goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Standardize cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting practices across the assigned area or program.
• Lead cost managers responsible for monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application reviews, and client billing submissions.
• Assess cost and schedule health, identify trends and risks, and communicate actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Manage the performance and critical deliverables of onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services.
• Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to support project execution and program governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability.
• Experience leading standardization and continuous-improvement initiatives across programs or areas.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills, including holistic evaluation of cost and schedule performance.
• Experience leading teams and managing external vendors in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
