Salary: $145,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, capture, assess, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in risk registers.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Develop owner-furnished equipment and general contractor risk taxonomies, frameworks, registers, and review schedules in e-Builder.
• Design and recommend controls, track mitigation actions, and escalate high-impact risks for leadership approval.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and data for quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Support equipment capacity schedule risk mitigation and operational risk activities for Machine Learning builds.

Requirements

• Experience establishing and maintaining risk programs for owner-furnished equipment supply chains and general contractors.
• Experience identifying and calibrating construction, operations and maintenance, cost, schedule, and supply chain risks.
• Ability to coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, construction delivery, and project controls teams.
• Experience monitoring early warning indicators, changing project conditions, mitigation ownership, and governance compliance.
• Ability to use e-Builder for risk registers and related project risk documentation.

Nice to have

• Relevant risk or project management association membership, including PMI, AACE, or RICS credentials.
• Knowledge of Safran, @RISK, PRA, Deltek, or Omega applications.
