SVP, Global Revenue Operations & Enablement (Payments)

hirify.global is scaling its global go-to-market organization across the US, EU, and UK, with a revenue operations and enablement function supporting regulated payments and financial-services growth.

What you will do

• Own CRM architecture, data integrity, processes, adoption, and a unified global data model.
• Establish a single forecasting methodology and operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs.
• Design the global compensation framework, territory model, and quota-setting methodology with Finance and regional GMs.
• Build the global enablement function covering onboarding, skills development, product and market readiness, and sales methodology.
• Lead AI applications across the revenue engine, including agentic prospecting, forecast automation, enablement copilots, and CRM intelligence.
• Own global and regional sales kickoffs and the go-to-market communication cadence.

Requirements

• Experience building, rather than only operating, a global RevOps, Sales Ops, and Enablement function during scaling or restructuring.
• Ability to standardize a global operating system while preserving appropriate regional go-to-market practices.
• Experience operating across multiple regions with different market and regulatory realities.
• Deep Salesforce and CRM architecture and governance expertise.
• Executive-level experience with compensation and territory design, including influencing regional leaders.
• Financial-services, payments, or regulated-industry go-to-market experience is preferred.
