Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Relocation provided; travel expected up to 20% of the time. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.
Base pay for Washington applicants: $141,162–$197,626.80 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

develops reusable launch vehicles, space systems, and TeraWave, a multi-orbit satellite communications network providing enterprise-grade broadband connectivity.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end TeraWave customer experience roadmap from commercial onboarding through network operations, escalations, and renewals.
- Define product strategy and requirements for the customer portal, network management system, SLA dashboards, and performance telemetry views.
- Own the API experience for network status, usage data, and service controls, coordinating documentation and enterprise integration patterns with engineering.
- Define customer service workflows, escalation paths, incident communications, notifications, and self-service resolution flows.
- Lead design sprints with UX designers and translate customer workflows into operational interface decisions.
- Represent customer experience requirements in engineering reviews, product reviews, and VP-level leadership forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Experience with user research methods including usability testing, contextual inquiry, task analysis, and journey mapping in complex workflow environments.
- Experience with hardware-software co-design or system-level design reviews where operator interfaces were shaped at the architecture stage.
- Ability to represent product at VP-level reviews.
- Must be a U.S. person under applicable export-control regulations.
Nice to have
- Financial modeling experience, including unit economics, pricing models, and revenue projections.
- Understanding of LEO satellite network architecture, modem standards, phased-array antenna constraints, and ground segment design.
- Experience defining SLA frameworks for enterprise or government customers.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- P&L or revenue-impacting product ownership experience.
