What you will do

• Own monthly reporting, including actuals, budget-versus-actuals analysis, variance commentary, and management reporting.
• Maintain the three-statement operating model, driver-based forecast, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Forecast headcount and software or vendor expenses while tracking spending against approved budgets.
• Maintain company-level SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, and Rule of 40.
• Manage Pigment model hygiene, integrations, reporting, and department-level budget tracking.
• Automate close and forecasting workflows with AI and internal tooling, document processes, and partner with GTM leaders on planning.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity with direct corporate finance experience.
• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and experience working with large, formula-heavy datasets.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and experience in a SaaS or usage-based business.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate with department leaders, and improve manual workflows.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL.
