What you will do

• Lead AI, data, and enterprise transformation workstreams, defining operating models, governance structures, and delivery approaches.
• Develop business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, executive dashboards, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support GenAI and agentic AI initiatives through governance, adoption, business readiness, and change management.
• Facilitate executive workshops, synthesize complex findings, and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate business and technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, contribute to solution development and proposals, and coach junior consultants.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs involving technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading workstreams within complex transformation programs, including governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery.
• Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives through operating model design, governance, change management, business readiness, and adoption.
• Knowledge of GenAI, copilots, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong facilitation, communication, executive presentation, analytical, and client delivery skills.
