Salary: $127,500 – $249,350

What you will do

• Lead change strategy and execution for complex transformation workstreams.
• Run AI-optimized change impact assessments and translate them into adoption plans.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications, narratives, and enablement approaches.
• Establish and track change adoption KPIs to drive corrective actions.
• Coach junior team members and maintain high quality standards for deliverables.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong AI literacy, including Generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
• Proven expertise in OCM frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to tie change activities to tangible outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Must be based in the United States
