Salary: $67,500–$127,500

What you will do

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of change plans.
• Create communications and engagement materials including toolkits, messaging, and FAQs.
• Assist in training planning, content development, and execution of enablement programs.
• Track adoption metrics and synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
• Support change network operations and governance cadences.
• Produce executive-ready change updates and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to present and facilitate effectively.
• Basic understanding of AI-enabled tools and generative AI concepts in organizational change contexts.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
