What you will do

• Manage the operation and upgrades of existing neutral atom quantum computing hardware.
• Oversee a portfolio of research projects to advance the company roadmap and future system capabilities.
• Collaborate with scientific and engineering owners to define requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and resources to optimize scope and schedule.
• Drive technical analysis, design, development, and testing phases across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and own communication plans to report program status and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boulder, CO.
• BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, quantum, or R&D program management within deep tech companies.
• Proven track record of delivering early-stage deep tech products from inception to delivery.
• Technical expertise in quantum computing and AMO physics or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with strong critical thinking skills.
