What you will do

• Provide program management for the operation and upgrades of neutral atom quantum computing hardware.
• Manage a portfolio of research projects to advance the company roadmap and deliver future system capabilities.
• Collaborate with scientific, engineering, and business owners to define requirements and establish execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and resources, escalating optimization needs as necessary.
• Define and track key metrics and performance indicators to drive execution of program deliverables.
• Support grant applications and collaborate with external partners to achieve advanced technology goals.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, quantum, and/or R&D program management at deep tech companies.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boulder, CO or Berkeley, CA.
• Documented history of delivering early-stage deep tech programs from inception to delivery.
• Technical expertise in quantum computing and AMO physics or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with critical thinking and thought leadership.
