Strategic Sourcing Manager (Robotics)

$120,000 – $155,000 per year, with equity offered

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategy and supplier management for facilities, construction, and infrastructure categories supporting site expansion and operational scaling.
• Deliver sourcing support for facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects meeting business timelines and operational requirements.
• Achieve measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and commercial improvements across assigned categories.
• Build and maintain a high-performing supplier network to support current operations and future growth.
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs focused on cost, quality, responsiveness, and service levels.
• Mitigate commercial and operational risk through contract management, supplier diversification, and contingency planning.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilities, construction, infrastructure services, MEP trades, or CAPEX-related categories.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and management.
• Strong commercial negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or technology environments.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing construction services, general contractors, electrical contractors, HVAC/mechanical services, or infrastructure-related trades.
• Familiarity with facility buildouts, site expansions, tenant improvements, and capital project execution.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities services agreements or integrated facilities management providers.
• Experience supporting multi-site or global operations.
