Regional Account Manager, EAST (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote - Illinois

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 annually; the range applies when the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for California, Colorado, and New York.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Clinical Account Associates within the customer success organization.
• Oversee client onboarding, sample and order tracking, issue escalation, and resolution.
• Partner with sales to expand adoption of algorithmic tests and add-ons.
• Improve ordering workflows, including Tempus Hub and EMR integrations.
• Analyze retention opportunities, coach teams, and improve customer experience and care-team workflows.
• Maintain client relationships through on-site support, proactive communication, competitive analysis, and account feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of account management or healthcare or biotechnology sales experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success in client retention and account growth.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and travel availability skills.
