What you will do

• Lead and scale the team responsible for scenario creation, test execution, and quality control in a virtual testing ecosystem.
• Manage a hybrid team of full-time engineers and contractors to drive operational excellence across regression suites.
• Design, track, and elevate unified evaluation metrics to measure simulation fidelity and software stability.
• Synthesize raw simulation outputs into analytical summaries to identify software regressions and system trends.
• Integrate AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate scenario generation and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, software QA/testing management, or data operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience overseeing full-time and contractor workforces.
• Proven track record in establishing operational metrics and quality assurance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing modern AI tools to expedite workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Aerospace, or Gaming simulation environments.
• Familiarity with scenario description formats like OpenSCENARIO.
• Experience managing vendor SOWs and contractor scaling strategies.
