What you will do

• Lead customer discussions, workshops, discovery engagements, and new-business pursuits.
• Define engineering vision and technology strategy for products and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex Salesforce programs.
• Partner with customers on technology modernization and AI adoption across Front Office systems.
• Influence executive stakeholders by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
• Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 7+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, solution architecture, or revenue-generating roles.
• Required Salesforce architect certifications in one or more of the listed Salesforce architecture and consulting tracks.
• Strong experience with AI solutions on the Salesforce platform and beyond.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Ramon, California, United States.
