Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect (Salesforce)

Location: United States geographic markets; the role may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture for partnerships business systems across Salesforce, the partner portal, partner management, and payment data integrations.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into architecture diagrams, data models, sequence flows, and design documentation.
• Build proof-of-concepts and ship Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integrations, maintaining reusable work in GitHub.
• Define engineering standards through architecture reviews, pull request reviews, and developer pairing.
• Refine the backlog with the Product Owner, identify technical constraints and tradeoffs, and shape the roadmap.
• Advise Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and senior leadership while mentoring developers on system design and code quality.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Salesforce-based business systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience building with Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integrations.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, data models, sequence flows, and design documents.
• Experience reviewing architecture and code and establishing engineering standards.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor developers and evaluate system design tradeoffs.
