What you will do

• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to understand business, functional, and technical needs.
• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions across the project lifecycle, including build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Optimize Salesforce environments for performance, scalability, user adoption, and long-term maintainability.
• Analyze technical debt and develop remediation strategies for complex configurations.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex production issues and bugs.
• Design and implement AI-driven Salesforce solutions using Einstein and Agentforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Salesforce Consultant.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, including configuration, security, permissions, data migration, and data modeling.
• Understanding of Apex and Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform and governor limits, data volume considerations, and integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills; must be able to work remotely from the US or Canada during Eastern Time.

• Data Architecture & Management Designer, Sharing & Visibility Designer, or Integration Architecture Designer certification.
