What you will do
- Define the overall architecture for scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement solutions centered on Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities.
- Align Salesforce architecture with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead technical design, architecture governance, and delivery excellence across Salesforce initiatives.
- Guide data modeling, security, integrations, DevOps, analytics, and integration framework decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture components, data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps.
- Experience leading technical design and governance processes.
- Required Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Revenue Cloud.
- Experience handling sensitive data, including export-controlled information.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and integration frameworks.
