Paid Media Specialist

Location: Remote with a required schedule of 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Georgia, US Time

What you will do

• Develop campaign strategies and paid media plans.
• Build, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and provide performance insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and optimize ad creatives.

Requirements

• Experience building, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Proven experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
