TL;DR

Programmatic Account Manager: Planning and flawlessly executing programmatically bought media plans with an accent on unsurpassed platform knowledge and smart use of audience data. Focus on in-depth analysis, trend spotting, accurate execution, and leading and developing a team.

Location: London, United Kingdom. This is a UK based role requiring individuals to have the right to work in this location. The company operates on a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Build effective media plans and deliver in-depth analysis during and post-campaign to understand performance beyond top-line metrics.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of display, video, and audio advertising to deliver intelligent campaigns and hit client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (publishers) for planning, buying, and optimising media buys.
  • Agree on targets with clients, provide forecasts, and monitor campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall media strategies.
  • Leverage team skills to deliver results and contribute to the upkeep of display best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience agency-side or client-side working on programmatic campaigns.
  • Excellent experience with DV360 and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural affinity for numbers, able to analyse raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of optimisation levers across platforms.
  • Experience running display and video audience and creative testing (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Experience with implementing Brand Lift measurement across DSPs and with other media owners.

Nice to have

  • Experience with planning and running display and video campaigns on DV360 and Google Ads, including YouTube and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
  • Good understanding of using Campaign Manager.
  • Line management experience.
  • Experience with Xandr DSP, Amazon, and third-party Brand Safety vendors such as DoubleVerify.
  • Involvement with forecasting and running campaigns across multiple countries/languages.
