Social Paid Media Strategist (Google Ads/Meta Ads)

Location: Remote; candidates near Cincinnati may use the pet-friendly office, while others join the fully remote team.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution across paid search and paid social for a portfolio of accounts.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads independently as core platforms.
• Apply AI tools to bidding, optimization, and creative testing.
• Lead client meetings as the strategic subject-matter expert.
• Identify account risks early and support quarterly business reviews with the Paid Media Team Lead.

Requirements

• Deep, current hands-on expertise with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• At least 3 years of hands-on paid media experience across search and social.
• Confidence and polish in independently leading client meetings.
• Ability to learn quickly and work directly with clients from the start.
• Current day-to-day experience operating paid media platforms.
• Strong alignment with proactive problem solving, responsive communication, ownership, and client service.

Nice to have

• AI fluency in bidding, optimization, and creative testing.
• Agency experience.
• E-commerce experience.
