Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Remote (Must be available during 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Los Angeles, CA time)

What you will do

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and prepare payments for review.
• Match Ramp transactions with purchase requests, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor customer payments and maintain accurate AR records in the accounting system.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor and accounting inquiries via Zoho Desk.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and 1099/W-9 preparation.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be available to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Los Angeles, CA time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Ramp, or Zoho Desk is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
