What you will do

• Manage Accounts Receivable: generate invoices, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Execute Commission Management: calculate sales commissions according to compensation plans and collaborate with sales leadership.
• Perform Accounting & Reconciliation: conduct daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain Systems: utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to track financial records and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Bill.com and Salesforce is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience calculating and managing sales commissions.
