What you will do
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections follow-up, and aging reports.
- Process payments to talent, vendors, and clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and transaction documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with internal teams and external legal or tax advisors.
- Support cash flow summaries and transaction logs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment processing.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and proactively flag issues.
