Technical Account Manager - Beauty & Personal Care

Location

Location: Opportunity for candidates in Los Angeles, California. Ability to travel in California with the possibility to expand to other states.

What you will do

• Build profitable sales using a consultative approach by developing and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
• Prospect for new business, conduct sales calls, and grow the size of your territory.
• Work closely with Research & Development teams and manage communication with supplier technical resources.
• Assist with new product launches and provide application/formulation support to customers.
• Provide training and presentations, including product and industry training to Sales and Sales support teams.
• Support contract negotiations with suppliers/customers and participate in industry meetings and tradeshows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or similar field.
• Experience in technical roles, product development, laboratory, applications, or technical-commercial work in Personal Care, Cosmetic, or Skincare is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with customers at multiple levels and with supplier partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel in California (with possibility to expand to other states).
• Driver license with a clean record.
