Senior Travel Manager – Strategy, Analytics, & Technology

Location: Westlake (DFW), Texas, or Lone Tree, Colorado; hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these locations at their own expense.

Salary: USD $145,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead travel program analytics, benchmarking, performance measurement, savings identification, and continuous optimization.
• Establish executive-level reporting and translate travel data into actionable program insights.
• Lead the travel technology roadmap, including capability evaluation, implementation, integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Own the strategy for NDC content access, servicing, and integration across travel management companies and booking tools.
• Partner with Travel Operations, Corporate Cards & Expense, Sourcing, Finance, product owners, technology teams, and vendors on program strategy and transformation.
• Develop governance frameworks, business cases, RFx initiatives, market optimization strategies, and executive travel support programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in travel management, travel technology, travel sourcing, or analytics in a regulated environment.
• Experience with travel systems such as online booking tools and understanding of distribution models, including NDC.
• Strong data analysis, benchmarking, communication, presentation, and executive recommendation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Experience with SAP Concur or similar platforms.
