Associate Principal Consultant -- Business Analyst (Salesforce Workflow)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and post-go-live hyper care.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, vendors, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, provide executive-level status reporting, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, best practices, and security standards.
• Support training, change management, user adoption, production defect triage, and enhancement requests through structured release management.
• Define and report SaaS and recurring-revenue metrics, including ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, and renewal rates, while managing contract amendment workflows such as add-ons, upsells, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and co-terming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities, vendor relationships, and contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Project Manager, or Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as NetSuite and release or DevOps tools such as Copado.
• Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud experience.
