Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: USA Remote; candidates must be US citizens, with preference for the Eastern timezone, and willing to travel 20–25% to Tysons Corner, Virginia.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce GTM initiatives from scoping and requirements discovery through solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-launch support.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce features, workflows, reports, and automation using Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and Agentforce.
• Design and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions and third-party tools while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for CRM applications across local and global teams within defined SLAs.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across Sales, Marketing, and GTM.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• 3+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for GTM teams.
• Experience designing and building Salesforce solutions, particularly in Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, administration, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as CPQ, Agentforce, and integrations in a business-critical environment.
• Strong business-process analysis, documentation, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
