Salary: $172,000–$215,000 annual gross base salary plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large, complex, enterprise-level programs from scoping and business cases through execution, launch, and post-launch measurement.
• Partner with executives and functional leaders as a trusted advisor and escalation point for strategic initiatives.
• Build and lead cross-functional working teams without formal authority by establishing shared goals, cadence, accountability, and decision records.
• Manage program scope, objectives, success criteria, plans, risks, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, drive difficult decisions, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across distributed stakeholders.
• Improve company-wide program management standards and tools, integrate AI capabilities, and mentor other program managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs and independently delivering large, ambiguous initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build trust with senior stakeholders, and manage globally diverse teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional executive communication, business judgment, ownership, and independent execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and quickly become effective in unfamiliar functional domains.
• Experience with project, program, or portfolio management tools and using AI to improve productivity and scale program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic frameworks, or programs with significant AI scope.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
