Solutions Architect (ICM)

Location: Remote USA; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year. Candidates hired in Canada are paid in Canadian dollars, and the range may differ due to currency conversion.

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform for incentive compensation management and delivers complex implementations through its Professional Services team.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations from discovery through launch.
• Design scalable, high-performance compensation models and translate plan designs into repeatable system configurations.
• Own senior technical escalations, diagnose root causes, and strengthen reusable modeling patterns.
• Advise Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and other customer stakeholders on technical trade-offs and compensation architecture.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to improve delivery and address platform gaps.
• Develop modeling frameworks, reusable components, implementation standards, and informal mentoring for consultants.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total professional experience, including 4+ years designing and modeling complex incentive compensation plans in an ICM or SPM platform.
• Expert-level Excel modeling for large and complex datasets, with strong understanding of data structures, calculations, and model hygiene.
• Experience leading SaaS implementations in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience advising customers and managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical and business trade-offs.
• Deep knowledge of implementation best practices, solution architecture, and the full project lifecycle.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; openness to AI-driven tooling and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, SAP Commissions, Xactly Incent, Varicent, or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora.
• Exposure to SQL or Python for structuring, organizing, and validating data.
• Background in financial operations, FP&A, accounting, system implementation, solutions architecture or engineering, or technology consulting.
