Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
• Guide customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their data and AI strategies.
• Lead technical account initiatives, align Databricks solutions with business goals, and develop technical champions.
• Establish virtual teams and coordinate hands-on resources for proofs of concept and product demonstrations.
• Mentor other team members and contribute technical insight to the wider organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise pre-sales, value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Strong knowledge of big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present compelling technical points of view.
• Production programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to work from San Francisco or another location in Northern California for the remote arrangement.
