Anaplan Systems Architect

What you will do

• Own the Anaplan roadmap and architecture across sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting.
• Investigate data integrity and reconciliation issues across Anaplan, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Manage Anaplan consultants and implementation partners, including scopes of work, proposals, timelines, and quality.
• Partner with Sales Finance, RevOps, Sales Compensation, and Accounting leadership on commission plans, ASC 606 accruals, and organizational changes.
• Lead FP&A transformation by automating planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Own governance, access, security, environment management, documentation, and future team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and implementing Anaplan solutions, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior individual-contributor role.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level 2 or higher; Master Anaplanner preferred.
• Deep experience with Anaplan models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales compensation, including Data Hub integrations.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and managing external implementation partners.
• Strong knowledge of sales compensation, ASC 606 commission accounting, and FP&A forecasting.
• Ability to resolve complex cross-system data issues and communicate technical model logic to senior non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workato or similar integration and automation platforms.
• Agile implementation experience.
• Master Anaplanner certification.
