Global Operations Program Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Independent authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual pay range: $120,000–$180,000 USD OTE.

What you will do

• Manage strategic programs including distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, software integrations, and new market launches.
• Drive logistics readiness through site visits, pilot shipments, and onboarding of 3PLs and brokers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and regulatory stakeholders on documentation, product certifications, and import/export compliance.
• Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement and system integration initiatives using tools such as SFDC and CampusShip.
• Standardize vendor onboarding, develop vendor-facing playbooks, and create SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Track KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks, and blockers while presenting status dashboards to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or international operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and data management abilities.
• Familiarity with customs clearance and international trade compliance processes; independent U.S. work authorization is required.
