Vice President of Product Management, Agentic (Satori) (AI)

What you will do

• Run Satori as a business, owning revenue, consumption and credits models, packaging, pricing, usage visibility, value, and cost.
• Set product strategy for Mission Control, Agent Foundry, Agent Harness, MCP Access, and the Consumption Ledger.
• Lead go-to-market activities including evangelism, ICP definition, POCs, customer and field training, enablement, pricing, and deal review.
• Drive cross-business-unit governance, steering committees, decision logs, shared standards, and ring-fenced mission teams.
• Build platform governance covering guardrails, explainability, auditability, supervision pathways, identity and access abstractions, instrumentation, and behavior-change controls.
• Hire, coach, and develop the Satori product management team while working in an AI-first, Git-based product practice.

Requirements

• Experience carrying business revenue, pricing, and go-to-market responsibility beyond roadmap and delivery ownership.
• Ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority in ambiguous and politically complex environments.
• Strong platform and product-line experience with APIs, identity and access, monetization, or infrastructure.
• Experience with evangelism, ICP definition, POCs, enablement, packaging, pricing, and deal review.
• Technical credibility with engineers on architecture, APIs, authentication, and telemetry trade-offs, as well as with commercial leaders on packaging and value.
• Track record of building and coaching empowered product teams, with strong communication, judgment, and bias for action.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience in collaboration security, data security, identity, or security operations.
• Experience with usage- or consumption-based monetization.
• Experience productizing third-party integrations and ecosystem or partner offerings.
• 0-to-1 or startup-style experience within a larger company.
• Familiarity with agentic security and automation platform patterns.
