Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for external agent ecosystem products, including MCP, CLI, and marketplace plugins.
• Define how agents discover, access, and safely use compliance capabilities in partnership with API and authentication platform teams.
• Ensure customer workflows available in the platform can also be completed through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces.
• Lead marketplace and plugin launches across product, engineering, design, legal, security, marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market.
• Develop external agent documentation, customer stories, and developer-focused marketing programs.
• Define adoption and quality metrics and use customer and product data to prioritize improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience taking products from strategy through shipped outcomes.
• Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products such as APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, developer tools, MCP, CLI, and AI agent tools, including hands-on building experience.
• Experience taking complex products or technology partnerships from strategy through launch.
• Experience working with technology platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or enterprise customers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, written and verbal communication, judgment in ambiguous environments, and responsible use of AI.
