LAT L4B Finance & Sales Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regional target alignment for the Latin America L4B business.
• Manage the channel P&L and analyze revenue drivers, gross margins, and regional profitability.
• Oversee sales operations, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and CRM and sales-tool governance.
• Structure and review complex commercial deals, special pricing requests, and channel incentives with Sales leadership.
• Design financial and sales dashboards and present actionable analysis to regional executive leadership.
• Lead improvements to finance and sales operations systems and processes while removing cross-functional bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or B2B technology sales operations.
• Strong understanding of the Latin American commercial landscape, including tax complexities, channel structures, and go-to-market models.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, lead initiatives independently, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Essbase, OneStream, Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience presenting financial variances and operational strategies to senior regional management.
• Experience managing and synthesizing large-scale commercial datasets.
