What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and budget-to-actual performance reviews.
• Develop executive reporting, financial models, trend analyses, and variance explanations.
• Partner with presidents, vice presidents, and business leaders on performance management and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial materials for executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, financial integration, capital expenditure forecasting, audits, and financial controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while supporting hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or finance leadership experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience presenting financial information and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CPA certification, MBA, or an equivalent advanced business degree.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and capitalized software accounting.
• Knowledge of software licensing models, multinational finance, foreign currency accounting, and complex datasets.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, technology, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations.
