Senior Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Seattle, WA; expected to work from the Seattle offices. On-site requirements vary by position and team.

Base salary: $137,520–$206,280 per year, plus bonus plans.

hirify.global is a Seattle-based non-profit AI research institute building open models and applied AI systems for real-world impact in areas including conservation, climate, robotics, and science.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, adoption, and product-market-fit discovery for OlmoEarth.
• Research partner organizations, users, use cases, and barriers to platform adoption.
• Work with program leadership, partnerships, engineering, and ML research to prioritize capabilities and own the roadmap.
• Define adoption goals and measurement frameworks for consequential environmental and conservation use cases.
• Guide the transition from expert-assisted workflows to self-serve data, training, inference, and model evaluation.
• Shape agentic workflows for dataset discovery, preparation, augmentation, and model configuration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience at technology product companies.
• Experience working at small or growth-stage companies with end-to-end ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to validate product-market fit through structured experiments and change direction based on results.
• Experience shipping technically deep, data-heavy products with research and engineering teams.
• Strong prioritization, written communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Seattle offices; occasional international travel is preferred.

• Experience with products where AI or ML output is the core value.
• Experience building for NGOs, government agencies, research institutions, or other mission-driven users.
• Experience using modern AI tooling and agentic workflows.
• Technical writing, public speaking, open-source contributions, or sustained side projects.
