E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff (Project Execution, Power Innovation-WEST)

What you will do

• Lead complex power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction partners, contractors, and internal business teams.
• Apply engineering and construction standards to integrate power generation, high-voltage, substation, and control systems.
• Evaluate economic impacts and develop solutions that improve reliability, safety, and profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve technical, contractual, regulatory, and project risks.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, schedules, cost forecasts, RFPs, evaluations, and contractor-selection recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Senior level: minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Staff level: minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Experience with power plant construction or operations, including design, construction, and commissioning of power generation systems, substations, and high-voltage distribution systems.
• Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or equivalent project-controls tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering or construction management, preferably electrical engineering.
• Master’s degree in business, project management, or engineering management.
• PMP, PE, or Microsoft Project certification.
• Experience with EPC projects in power generation or data centers.
