EPC Project Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: St. Albans, WV, or Uniontown, OH; travel required

What you will do

• Lead EPC projects from award through closeout, managing execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project performance, risks, opportunities, change orders, cost controls, profitability, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, maintain customer relationships, and support proposal and preconstruction activities.
• Promote safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence through project site visits and field engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in utility infrastructure, power delivery, EPC, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing EPC projects involving overhead transmission, overhead distribution, and/or substation construction.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction sequencing, scheduling, project controls, budgets, forecasting, contracts, risk, and change management.
• Strong client-facing, communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with project scheduling, estimating, and job cost tracking software.
• PMP certification.
