Sr. Technical Staff (AI Hardware)

hirify.global Systems develops wafer-scale AI hardware and systems designed to deliver high-speed model training and inference.

What you will do

• Perform post-silicon validation, testing, and debugging of hirify.global Wafer Scale Engines.
• Test and characterize high-speed serial interfaces, analyze performance data, and recommend design improvements.
• Bring up wafer-scale systems, run burn-in procedures, and support manufacturing operations.
• Develop Python and Bash automation, regression tests, wafer bring-up flows, and Python-based debug tools.
• Diagnose failures involving silicon features, FPGAs, power, cooling, and other system interfaces.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to improve hardware quality, verifiability, and system performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as an Application Engineer, Senior Technical Staff member, Hardware Engineer, or in a related role.
• Experience with electrical signal integrity analysis, hardware bring-up and debugging, and functional and electrical characterization.
• Experience with test automation using a scripting language, including Python and/or Bash.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and protocols such as Ethernet, CPRI, or Interlaken.
