Salary: $82,300–$220,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design, specify, develop, simulate, implement, verify, and test analog electronics for sensor and precision instrumentation applications.
• Develop analog front ends, signal conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion, radiation-hardened designs, motor controllers, low-noise power conditioning, and precision feedback systems.
• Optimize system designs for reduced size, weight, and power.
• Analyze hardware configurations, validate conformance to specifications, and develop technical requirements and production specifications.
• Identify program and system-level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical activities, support proposals and business development, and teach best practices to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and printed circuit board layout.
• Experience with circuit simulation using SPICE or comparable tools.
• Experience with system modeling and analysis using MATLAB, Simulink, or comparable tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
