Logistics Tech Lead

Location: Riverbend, Louisiana; New Lebanon, Iowa; Buffalo, New York

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on technical initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure solution quality and performance through code reviews and testing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and delivery bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills and experience with relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
