Manager, Software Development (.NET/Angular)

Location: Denver, Colorado; office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility for eligible positions after training.

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, with potential bonus awards.

What you will do

• Manage software engineers and software development projects from requirements through delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements while coordinating with company-wide leadership.
• Design, develop, modify, install, support, and document software applications.
• Oversee software quality control and validation through code reviews and test plans.
• Train software engineers and end users, identify process deficiencies, and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7–10 years of software development experience and 3 years of project lead experience.
• Experience managing a development team and delivering projects to customers.
• Development experience with Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies such as Angular.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure and SharePoint.
• Experience in a clinical or regulated environment.
