Manager, Software Engineering

Location: US Remote

Salary: $138,667–$236,400 annually, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead technical execution for an agile engineering team.
• Contribute to architecture and hands-on software development.
• Mentor engineers and improve delivery practices.
• Coordinate day-to-day technical work across the engineering team.
• Partner with Product and QA on roadmap execution.
• Improve operational reliability and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with C#/.NET and modern UI frameworks, including React.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with AI development tools and methodologies.
• Strong backend, frontend, and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
